PPP’s support to help abolish 17th Amendment: Nawaz

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League (N) chief Mian Nawaz Sharif has said that his party will soon table a bill in the National Assembly to abolish the 17th Amendment. Nawaz said that 17th Amendment bill could be passed within 10 minutes if so desired by the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP).Talking to media here at the Punjab House, PML (N) leader condemned the Israeli aggression in Gaza strip and said such violent acts would strengthen non-state actors. He said that Saudi Arabia wanted to de-escalate tension between India and Pakistan and there should be a joint probe into Mumbai attacks.
